Last updated: 17 de junho de 2026 · SAFONT REIS ASSESSORIA LTDA — CNPJ 49.204.046/0001-11

1. When they apply

The Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) complement the DPA and apply when the processing involves the transfer of personal data outside the country of origin, ensuring an adequate level of protection, in accordance with the LGPD (art. 33) and the GDPR (art. 46).

2. Controller → processor scenario

When the customer (controller) transfers data to Dash4Sec (processor) and there is international processing by sub-processors, clauses apply that bind the parties to: process the data only in accordance with instructions, ensure confidentiality and security, support the handling of data subject rights, and ensure the continuity of the safeguards in any onward transfers.

3. Processor → processor scenario (sub-processors)

When Dash4Sec (processor) resorts to sub-processors located in other countries, those sub-processors are subject to obligations equivalent to those assumed towards the customer, so that the processing chain maintains the same level of protection end to end.

4. Data subject rights and supplementary measures

The SCC preserve the rights of data subjects and provide for supplementary technical and organizational measures (such as encryption and minimization) when necessary to ensure protection in light of the laws of the destination country.
