Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy

Dash4Sec respects intellectual property rights and expects the same from its users. Do not use the Service to store or distribute content that infringes copyrights, trademarks or other third-party rights.

All software, design, texts, framework catalogs and materials of Dash4Sec are protected by copyright and other applicable laws, and are owned by Dash4Sec or its licensors. The Customer Content remains owned by the respective customer.

If you believe that content available on the Service infringes your copyrights, send a notice to contato@dash4sec.com containing: (a) identification of the protected work; (b) identification and location of the allegedly infringing material; (c) your contact details; (d) a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized; and (e) a statement of the truthfulness of the information.

Upon receiving a valid notice, we may remove or disable access to the identified content and notify the party responsible for the publication, who may submit a substantiated counter-notification. Repeat infringers may have their access terminated.
