AI Features Terms (Beta)
Conditions for the use of Dash4Sec's artificial intelligence features, such as the automatic assessment of evidence.

1. Covered features
Dash4Sec offers AI features, such as the automatic assessment of evidence (Evidence Vault), which analyzes attached files against the corresponding control and suggests a quality/compliance verdict.
These features may be made available on a beta basis and may evolve over time.
2. Decision-support nature
AI outputs are automated suggestions and may contain inaccuracies. They do not replace human judgment nor constitute legal, regulatory or security advice. The review and final decision rest with the customer.
3. How data is processed
To generate the assessment, the evidence content and the control text may be sent to our AI provider (Anthropic), acting as a sub-processor, solely to produce the requested result. We do not use the Customer Content to train third-party models.
The feature can be enabled or disabled per environment. With no AI key configured, evidence remains in pending status, without automatic assessment.
4. Responsibilities and limitations
You are responsible for not submitting to AI assessment any data you cannot share with sub-processors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dash4Sec is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of AI outputs.
