1. Our commitment
Privacy and data protection are part of the design of Dash4Sec. We adopt the principles of the LGPD — purpose, suitability, necessity, transparency, security and accountability — both as controller (account data) and as processor (Customer Content).
2. How we help the customer comply with the LGPD
We offer features that support the customer's compliance: role-based access control (RBAC) and MFA; audit trails; data isolation per organization; encryption of secrets; and mechanisms to handle data subject requests.
As processor, we process the Customer Content in accordance with the customer's instructions and the DPA, with sub-processors under contract and safeguards for international transfers.
3. Data Protection Officer (DPO) and data subject rights
Our Data Protection Officer can be contacted at privacidade@dash4sec.com. Data subjects may exercise their rights through the privacy form or through this channel, and we will respond within the legal periods.
4. Incidents and the ANPD
We maintain incident response processes and cooperate with the customer in the communications required by the LGPD, including before the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD), where applicable.
