Additional Service Terms
Specific conditions for optional Dash4Sec features, which complement the Terms of Service.

1. Application
Some Dash4Sec features have specific conditions, gathered here. In the event of a conflict, these specific terms prevail over the Terms of Service only with respect to the corresponding feature.
2. Third-Party Risk Module (TPRM) and supplier portal
Sending questionnaires and secure links to suppliers is at the customer's initiative and responsibility. Dash4Sec provides the technical channel (access token, collection of responses and evidence) and processes that data as a processor, in accordance with the DPA.
The risk scores and ratings are decision-support indicators and do not constitute a guarantee about the security posture of any third party.
3. External rating integrations
Integration credentials are provided by the customer, stored in encrypted form, and used only to query ratings on its behalf. The availability and accuracy of the data depend on the external provider; Dash4Sec is not liable for unavailability or discrepancies of those services.
4. Custom frameworks and reports
Custom frameworks created by the customer are Customer Content. Reports and exports generated by the Service are intended for the customer's internal use; redistribution is the responsibility of whoever carries it out.
5. Email communications
The Service sends transactional emails (registration confirmation, password setting, MFA, portal invitations, revalidation reminders). These messages are essential to the operation and do not constitute marketing.
