Dash4Sec and the GDPR
How Dash4Sec positions itself in relation to the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation.

1. Applicability
When the processing involves data of data subjects in the European Union, we observe the principles and obligations of the GDPR, in line with the practices already adopted for the LGPD.
2. Roles and legal bases
We act as controller with respect to account data and as processor with respect to the Customer Content. The legal bases correspond to those set out in the GDPR (performance of a contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest and consent).
3. Transfers and safeguards
International transfers are supported by valid mechanisms under the GDPR, such as the Standard Contractual Clauses, with supplementary measures where necessary.
4. Data subject rights
Data subjects in the EU have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Requests may be sent to our Data Protection Officer at privacidade@dash4sec.com.
