1. General principle
You must use Dash4Sec in a lawful, ethical and secure manner, without harming the platform, other customers or third parties. This policy applies to all users and forms part of the Terms of Service.
2. Prohibited uses
It is forbidden to: (a) access accounts, data or areas for which you are not authorized; (b) attempt to circumvent isolation mechanisms between organizations, authentication, plan limits or billing; (c) carry out reverse engineering, mass scraping, load testing or penetration testing without prior written authorization.
It is also forbidden to introduce malware, malicious code or illegal content; to use the Service for spam, fraud, infringement of intellectual property or unlawful processing of personal data; and to deliberately overload the infrastructure (denial-of-service attacks).
3. Responsible use of evidence and third-party data
When attaching evidence or registering suppliers and contacts in the TPRM module, you represent that you have a legal basis and authorization to process that data. Do not submit sensitive personal data beyond what is strictly necessary for the risk assessment.
The secure links sent to suppliers are intended exclusively for the designated respondent and must not be shared publicly.
4. Integrations and automations
Integrations with rating providers (e.g., SecurityScorecard, BitSight, RiskRecon) must use valid credentials owned by you, respecting the terms of those providers. It is prohibited to use Dash4Sec to extract data from those services in breach of the respective contracts.
5. Consequences
Violation of this policy may result in a warning, suspension or termination of access, removal of content and, where appropriate, notification of the competent authorities. Cases of imminent risk to security may lead to immediate suspension.
