This document applies to all cybersecurity software-as-a-service solutions, websites, applications, platforms, APIs, software, modules, features, documentation, support, and related services made available by Stack4Sec, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.

For purposes of this document, "Stack4Sec," "Company," "we," "us," and "our" mean Stack4Sec, LLC. "Customer," "you," and "your" mean the person or entity accessing or using the Services.

This document is incorporated into and forms part of the Stack4Sec Terms of Service. Product-specific terms may supplement this document for particular products, modules, services, or features.

These AI Features Terms apply to any artificial intelligence, machine learning, automated analysis, classification, scoring, summarization, recommendation, evidence review, anomaly analysis, risk analysis, content generation, or similar functionality made available through the Services.

Nature of AI Features

AI Features are designed to support analysis, organization, summarization, classification, recommendation, and decision support. AI Features do not replace professional judgment, legal advice, regulatory advice, audit opinions, certification determinations, cybersecurity consulting, incident response, forensic investigation, penetration testing, insurance, or risk transfer.

AI outputs are probabilistic and may be inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent, outdated, biased, misleading, or unsuitable for Customer's use case.

Human Review Required

Customer must independently review, validate, and approve all AI outputs before relying on them or sharing them internally or externally. Customer is solely responsible for decisions, actions, omissions, reports, remediation plans, risk acceptance, compliance positions, and business outcomes based on AI outputs.

Inputs and Customer Content

Customer is responsible for all prompts, files, evidence, data, questions, instructions, context, and other inputs submitted to AI Features. Customer represents that it has the right to submit such inputs and that the inputs do not violate law, contract, confidentiality obligations, privacy obligations, intellectual property rights, or third-party rights.

Customer must not submit sensitive, regulated, restricted, or unnecessary personal data to AI Features unless permitted by the applicable agreement and covered by appropriate data protection terms.

Customer must not submit, prompt, upload, embed, vectorize, or otherwise process official third-party frameworks, standards, control texts, certification materials, or licensed publications through AI Features unless Customer has all necessary rights and permissions for that specific AI-related use. Stack4Sec may block, remove, disable, or refuse processing of content that appears to violate third-party intellectual property, confidentiality, contractual, or licensing restrictions.

Outputs

Subject to the Stack4Sec Terms of Service and applicable law, Customer may use AI outputs generated from Customer Content for Customer's internal business purposes. Stack4Sec does not guarantee uniqueness, exclusivity, copyrightability, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of AI outputs.

Similar or identical outputs may be generated for other customers or users. AI outputs may require further review for intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, regulatory, audit, and cybersecurity accuracy.

Prohibited Uses

Customer must not use AI Features to:

  • violate law, regulation, contract, privacy rights, confidentiality rights, or intellectual property rights;
  • make final legal, regulatory, audit, employment, credit, insurance, healthcare, housing, education, or similarly significant decisions about individuals without appropriate lawful basis and human review;
  • generate or facilitate malware, exploitation, unauthorized access, credential theft, phishing, fraud, deception, or cyber abuse;
  • impersonate others or misrepresent the source, approval, or authority of AI outputs;
  • create or disseminate false, misleading, defamatory, discriminatory, or unlawful content;
  • infer sensitive personal attributes where prohibited by law or not necessary for the intended use;
  • reverse engineer, extract, copy, or reconstruct models, prompts, embeddings, training data, weights, system instructions, or non-public methods.
  • use AI Features to bypass, reproduce, summarize, transform, redistribute, or create derivative works from official third-party frameworks, standards, control texts, certification materials, or licensed publications without all necessary rights and permissions.

Third-Party AI Providers

AI Features may rely on third-party AI providers, infrastructure providers, subprocessors, or models. Customer's use of AI Features may involve processing by such providers as described in the Privacy Policy, Data Processing Addendum, subprocessors list, or applicable Order Form.

Stack4Sec may add, remove, replace, or modify AI providers at any time, subject to applicable law and contractual commitments.

Model Training and Service Improvement

Unless otherwise stated in an applicable Order Form or Data Processing Addendum, Stack4Sec will not use Customer Content to train third-party foundation models in a way that identifies Customer or discloses Customer Confidential Information.

Stack4Sec may use telemetry, feedback, usage data, aggregated data, de-identified data, and evaluation signals to operate, secure, troubleshoot, improve, and develop AI Features, provided such use complies with applicable privacy commitments.

AI Logs and Retention

Stack4Sec may retain AI prompts, inputs, outputs, metadata, and logs for a limited period to provide the Services, troubleshoot issues, investigate abuse, improve quality, comply with law, and enforce terms. Retention periods may vary by plan, configuration, provider, and applicable agreement.

Customer is responsible for exporting, preserving, or deleting AI-related content where needed for its own records, governance, or legal obligations.

No Warranties for AI Outputs

AI Features and AI outputs are provided "as is" and "as available." Stack4Sec disclaims warranties that AI outputs will be accurate, complete, current, secure, lawful, non-infringing, unbiased, or suitable for Customer's purpose.

Customer assumes all risk arising from reliance on AI outputs.

Suspension or Restriction

Stack4Sec may limit, throttle, suspend, disable, or discontinue AI Features if Customer exceeds usage limits, violates these AI Features Terms, creates risk, uses AI Features abusively, or if required by law or third-party provider requirements.

Relationship to Other Terms

These AI Features Terms supplement the Stack4Sec Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Data Processing Addendum, and any Product-Specific Additional Terms. If there is a conflict, the order of precedence in the Stack4Sec Terms of Service applies.
